Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the fulfillment of all assigned consulting project and manage the schedule for the completion of the project;
2. To build & strengthen client relationships with the objective of long-term account penetration;
3. Work in a team for project design, supervise data collection & introduce market models for direct strategic analysis & recommendations;
4. Review the project status, interact with analysts, survey team & clients during project implementation;
5. Develop and present project analysis and report to clients;
6. Support ongoing market monitoring activities through discussions with industry participants;
7. Contributing in and summarizing investment conference calls;
8. Miscellaneous equity projects including writing parts of research reports
9. Analysing companies based on their published financial statements, annual reports and other public source
Job Requirements:
1. 3 years+ of experience in a consulting firm, preferably in banking & finance firm;
2. Superior analytical & conceptual ability with proven consulting skills;
3. Motivated self starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
4. Broad understanding /desire to learn of the current market/ technology trends
5. Excellent Presentation Skill;
6. Should possess sound analytical thinking and an ability to handle projects independently.
7. Analytical skills and an interest in learning about the investment process
8. Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing and graphics
Job Responsibilities:
1. Charging equity and financing projects
2. Responsible for cooperation with branch companies, and searching excellent and potential companies who are desire to IPO or listing. In line with client’s demands, to provide relevant advisory and cooperate with other departments or institutions to do due diligence, and to provide a series of comprehensive services on financing and listing
3. Responsible for providing advisory services on projects, which to make them meet state policy, regulations and future financing requirement
4. Familiar with IPO job, equity financing, and responsible for expand and establish cooperation and good relationship with listing companies, brokerages, accounting firm, law firm, PE/VC, trust, and other financial institutions
5. To find intended potential listing companies and jointly establish merger funds, and integrate upstream and downstream resources for listing companies
6. To track, negotiate and plan equity financing objects, and find the relevant PE/VC and capital for them
7. To coordinate different relationships within projects, included with companies, agencies, project groups and others.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, majored in economics, finance, marketing or related is preferred, comprehensive background is the best
2. At least 1-year experience in PE/VC companies, or asset management companies, bank, brokerage or other related
3. Has resources from brokerage, government, bank or asset management companies etc.
4. Hold financial related qualifications or fund qualification is plus
5. Has financial networks, and experienced in expansion, strong financial analysis, cost control and audit capabilities
6. High EQ, IQ and development capabilities
7. Aged in 25 -35
8. Familiar with national policies and regulations, rich experience in equity investment and bank financing
9. Has strong capabilities on financing, capital operation, project evaluation and investment decision
10. Prudent, strong risk awareness, good communication skills and professional ethics
